As human beings, our instinct is to connect with those around us. Whether it’s being there for a friend or contributing to a meaningful cause, we begin to realise the importance of giving.
We create meaning in our lives not through what we do for ourselves, but through what we give to others and how we are able to better their lives, be it our friends, our loved ones or the lives of other people around the world.
Our mission at Leiho is to inspire meaningful purchases. We recognise the basic essentials that disadvantaged individuals are living without, such as socks, undergarments, school supplies, sanitary pads and clean water, and help to provide these with a ‘buy one, share one’ model. We believe that buying basic essentials should be fun and easy. Everyone has the same basic human needs and by sharing your access to essential products with someone who needs them takes us all one step closer to fostering a positive difference. Not only will customers feel connected with the person they are sharing it with but we are offering a new way for consumers to engage directly with the impact they are making.
